Activities for children include The Cotswold Farm Park, The Cotswold Wildlife Centre, Birdland, The Dragonfly Maze, The Model Village, and Fundays Play Barn at Bourton-On-The Water to mention just a few.  In addition, The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham offers various children’s productions during school holidays.

Eating in and around the local area is a culinary delight and there is an abundance of high class establishments to chose from.  Burford has a fabulous tea room called Huffkins which is a must for unusual lunches and scrummy cakes.  For those seeking pub lunches try the renowned Inn for All Seasons which is situated nearby and is a local favourite.  Cheltenham is home to Raymond Blanc’s brasserie, Le Petit Blanc, which should be booked in advance.  Those unable to decide on supper might like to wander up to the Montpellier area for a wide and varied selection of high class eateries.  Nearer to home the Puesdown Inn now offers two AA Rosettes, and has a daily changing menu reflecting market and seasonal variations.  Whatever your taste in food you will not be disappointed with the high quality and the variety of choice available locally.
